Plant Warranty

All materials and workmanship are guaranteed for one landscape season from installation. This includes sod, perennials and groundcovers.

Hardscape Warranty

All materials are guaranteed under the manufacturer's warranty, and workmanship is guaranteed for five years from installation. Sterling Landscaping's warranty does not include discoloration of concrete based materials.

Sprinkler System Warranty

All major components are guaranteed for five years from installation and workmanship is guaranteed five years from installation.

Modern Landscape Lighting

All Components will be guaranteed under the manufacturer's warranty and workmanship is guaranteed for five years from installation.
